We are most pleased to report that everything is going very well.   We  want you to know that we are most impressed with your professionalism in meeting with us, assessing and planning the work,  submitting your estimate, and completing our project  within our the time frame that we requested.   As such, we only had to schedule and pay for one night over and above the time we had planned to be out on our vacation.  This enabled us to turn what would otherwise have been a disagreeable project into an R and R for us.  Thanks for your willingness to drop everything so that we could take our trip.
 
We are well pleased with the overall air quality in our home since you completed the work.   This is especially important, given my medical condition.   We are  comforted knowing that we passed the mold remediation inspection on first try and that we can provide a certificate to a potential buyer, should we opt to sell our home. 
 
Lastly, and most importantly, we are grateful that our home is mold-free.
 
Clearly, Austin Duraclean did an excellent job in which the work performed met or exceeded the work promised.
